Città Studi S.p.A., has implemented its own Organizational Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/01 and and subsequent amendments composed of: a General Part, a Special Part and an Ethical Code.
The Ethical Code contains the ethical standards (and their inspiring principles) that Città Studi, in carrying out its activities, intends to observe in addition to the compliance with the law and the regulations in force.
