For companies, associations or individuals who need to organize meetings without the need for large spaces, the Congress Center offers meeting rooms from 30 to 63 seats and smaller meeting rooms, with a capacity ranging from 12 to 30 seats.
As for the organizational aspect, Città Studi offers a service of professional hostesses and translators able to provide any event in any language, as well as a catering service tailored to all needs: from the simple coffee break to the most elaborate gala dinners, manageable thanks to the support of a fully equipped catering room.
Thanks to an outdoor exhibition area of 3,000 square meters (pavement and well-tended lawn), it is also possible to organize cultural soirées, cocktails, private parties and outdoor openings, enjoying the suggestive panorama of the Biella Pre-Alps.
To request the use of the spaces of the Congress Centre it is necessary to read the Regulation and send the Request for the use of rooms and spaces duly completed and signed to the address: congressi@cittastudi.org.
